We are delighted to have transformed the interior offering a relaxed dining experience with lobsters! Guernsey benefits from an abundance of fresh and seasonal produce. Our menus endeavour to make the most of our local larder. Fresh local shell fish and fish, locally sourced dairy, cheeses and vegetables are at the heart of our menu. EDDIE'S BAR
Our beautiful bar was named after Eddie Wright, father to hotel and restaurant owner Andrew Wright. Eddie was a regular in these parts! We have a fantastic selection of wines, beers and spirits.
